Refund Policy

At **WOSPL**, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, since we provide digital software and services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • SaaS Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for active monthly/yearly subscriptions. However, you can cancel anytime to avoid future billing.
  • Custom Projects: Advance payments are non-refundable once the project discovery and design phase has started.
  • Service Issues: If a technical fault from our side prevents you from using the software for more than 48 hours, we may provide a credit extension for your subscription.
