Agreement for Digital Services
1. Service Agreement
Webpage One Solutions Pvt Ltd (WOSPL) provides software development, SaaS products (Clinixx), and networking solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with our professional standards and fair usage policies.
2. Payment & Subscriptions
All SaaS products are subscription-based. Failure to renew subscriptions may lead to temporary suspension of services. For custom projects, a 50% advance is required to initiate the architecture and development phase.
3. Intellectual Property
The core source code of our SaaS products remains the exclusive property of WOSPL. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the software for their business operations.
4. Limitation of Liability
WOSPL is not responsible for any data loss caused by user-side hardware failure or third-party ISP issues. We provide 99.9% uptime on our cloud infrastructure but recommend regular local data exports.
